Review
I just bought this way you only have a couple of hours on it. Good. Pitura exceptional. Dark blacks, of course. But I really bought it for 3D. I had reduced my choices to Samsung and Panasonic pn59D8000 p55VT30. The 3D in the Samsung seemed a bit ‘artificial to me, is like cutting cardboard books that open and have a flat image after another. The Panasonic however has a very nice shade 3D from beginning to end. I really like the new Samsung glasses, bluetooth, lightweight, large lenses, and balance. I still do not like the feeling of glasses Panasonic, but they say they are coming out with better ones in summer. I do not like Panasonic still uses infrared as something in the way the 3D short-range. The feature that really wow is the conversion from 2D to 3D. Oh my God! Panasonic Samsung is waaay better than this. I swear that the 2D movie I saw with this feature are in 3D. Have a minimum configuration, average and maximum for this. I like the average value that gives a lot of 3D without distorting the 3D effect as well as the maximum value. My dealer did a good job for prices and free shipping to the Internet and configuration. The stand of spider in the D8000 has been very weak in real life. So I like the Panasonic better stand heavier but stronger. I wanted to buy the VT25 last year, but was still disappointed by the amount of loss of light to get the 3D glasses. This year, the amount of light loss is much less than last year, but tolerable. The sound is pretty good, but still runs through my Denon 7.1 surround sound system. Another thing that I left the Samsung were all reports of poor customer service on the screens went away. I would like to slim bezel Panasonic again and go wireless glasses a charger.
I have both the Samsung BD-C6900 Panasonic Blu-ray and BDT350. Samsung’s love, hate Panasonic. The Panasonic is not as easy to use, not so nice, it takes forever to load, and does a lot of clicks / hum / buzz when playing a disc. Do not start that way, but it was less than a year and already sounds like a player five years. The quality of images produced by each player is basically a wash for me. I can not really tell any difference. I will try to update this as I get more experience with the TV. Oh by the way – I’m not a football fan, but seeing it in 3D is like being in the countryside, incredible. They told me just buy my sales person who has been a fall in prices in the current set of 3D glasses.
